Summary:   Moroni is joyful over the epistle from Helaman. He sends an epistle to Pahoran (the chief judge and governor of the land) asking for more men to strengthen his forces. After a time, the Lamanites return to take the city of Nephihah. Moroni begins to get angry with the government for he perceives as a lack concern for their freedom.
