Summary:   As time passes, the Lamanites now become a righteous people. Many Lamanites come down to the land of Zarahemla and begin to preach repentance onto the wicked Nephites. And with peace in the land and no contentions and people following the church, both the Nephites and Lamanites begin to prosper. But even so, during this time the Cezoram, the chief judge, is murdered by an unknown assailant and his son take over and is murdered also. A few years pass, and the people begin to get prideful and wicked. In fact, the followers of Gadianton begin to gain power over the people. The Spirit of the Lord begins to withdraw form the Nephites because of their wickedness. The followers of the Gadianton robbers gain power and take over the government of the Nephites.
