Alma Chapter 16

Summary:   Alma and Amulek arrive in Zarahemla and there is peace. Word come out that the Lamanites have now enter the land of the Nephites and have destroyed Ammonihah. And so, Alma's prophecy comes true that the people of Ammonihah would be destroyed if they did not repent. After taking Ammonihah, the Lamanites begin to plan to come onto Zarahemla but Alma inquires of the Lord what to do and the Lord directs him to tell Zoram, the Nephite Chief captian, what he needs to do. Zoram and his armies defeat the Lamanites and peace prevails in the land. Alma and Amulek preach to the people of Zarahemla and teach them that after Christ's resurrection, he will visit the Nephite people.
